We can customize the services you need and match you with up with quality products and services all based off of your criteria you submit to us.As soon as you submit your request, we will get started immediately on your customized internet development project. For example, you may have experienced credit difficulties in the past and now have "poor credit". While this would usually make it difficult to apply for a Merchant Credit Card Services, we can still put you in contact with companies that specialize in your specific credit situation. No one else is given your information that you have submitted.
SPAM POLICY
All of our emails sent out are 100% opt-in guaranteed. The message you may have receieved from us would have come directly from an affiliate, and from a site where you would have to authorize to have website development information emailed to you. If you feel as though you did not "opt-in" to any subscription lists, or would simply like to be taken off of our list permanantly, we will do so without hesitation. Overview
EZNetWebsites is the sole owner of the information collected on www.eznetwebsites.com. We collect information from our users through our opt-in submit forms on our Web site. We also purchase opt-in email lists generated by affiliate sites. EZNetWebsites' main goal is to connect it's viewers to offers that they find valuable. Our policy is to send offers only to people that have an interest in our services.
How We Collect & Use Information
In order to receive offers from EZNetWebsites' 3rd party partners, users must first complete a registration form on the web site. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address). Occasionally, we use this information to contact users about updates or changes to our services. It is optional for the user to provide personal information but encouraged so we can respond accordingly.
How We Use Information
EZNetWebsites will only share your information to our resource service partners for services that you have request. We do not share or sell your infomation to any other 3rd parties.
Profile
We store information that we collect to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details interest for services. Consequently, collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to direct pertinent marketing promotions. We do not share your individual profile with other third parties.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We only use session ID cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. We do not use persistant cookies. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if we have new sweepstakes or have changed our programs we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
Customer Service
We are interested in members comments, suggestions and feedback to better our services. We are available to communicate with users on a regular basis, via email to address their concerns. We can also call members to further discuss concerns via phone.

A Participating member can change personally identifiable information (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or can make other changes in their account by contacting Customer Support.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this website in an updated privacy practices statement.Members will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner by contacting us via email.

Shopping Cart Security and
Privacy
Policy and PracticesSecurity Policies and Practices All on-line shopping cart and check out pages are processed using the industry standard SSL encryption technology.
When a merchant views and downloads order information, SSL encryption is used.
Sensitive information such as credit card numbers, merchant login ID, and merchant transaction keys are encrypted using an algorithm equivalent to the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and is significantly stronger than DES or triple DES encryption.
Credit card information is automatically erased from the order database 30 days after the order is completed. Therefore, in the unlikely event that the order information were compromised, the potential loss would be limited to credit card information collected in the last 30 days.
All sensitive data is stored on a different server than the web server.
All servers are protected by a fire wall.
The database containing the order information is mirrored on a separate server. Copies of the database are transferred daily to a separate computer and another location.
Privacy Policies and Practices
It is the policy and practice not to divulge nor to share personal information gathered by the EZ-NetTools on-line order process except as is necessary to complete the order as described below.
At the conclusion of an order, EZ-NetTools may transmit the shopper’s name, address, and credit card information to an on-line processing gateway which validates the information and credits the merchant’s account with the amount of the order. We only provide the information required to authorize the payment of the order.
During the check out process or as part of the order fulfillment, EZ-NetTools may transmit the shopper’s name and address to a shipping service such as UPS as part of the shipping step. We only provide the information required to complete the transaction.
The EZ-Nettools shopping cart uses "cookies" placed on the shoppers computer to control the cart as items are selected and eventually ordered. The "cookie" also allows the shopper to return later to the web site and continue shopping where they left off. Only the member account number and order identification are maintained. No personal information is gathered or transmitted.
If EZ-NetTools were required by a court order or by law to provide personal information, the minimum information requested would be provided. If a fraudulent transaction is suspected, personal information may be provided to help in the investigation.
